At our Northern Virginia studio, we are dedicated to helping women of all ages and shapes see their own beauty through the stunning images we create. We firmly believe that every human being is fearfully and wonderfully made, as the Psalmist sang, and that each individual is unique, genuine, and beautiful in their own way.
During your photo session with us, we strive to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere where you can discover the essence of your beauty and renew your confidence. Our goal is to empower you and help you realize how beautiful and lovely you are, so you can appreciate and celebrate yourself with confidence and pride. We believe that your session with us is more than just taking photos; it is an unforgettable luxurious experience that you will treasure for years to come.
So how will your boudoir shoot go?
Booking
You can either book online directly or contact us using the contact form. We will then contact you either by phone or by email as you prefer and walk you through the whole procedure and answer any questions you may have. We fix the date for your session. You pay the retainer (session fee) and we send you contract, which you are required to electronically sign within 48 hours. Voila! You just secured your photo shoot!
Preparation
Once your booking is complete, I will send you preparation guide. It is simple but necessary information for you to better prepare for your photo shoot that includes what to do, what not to do, what to wear, etc.
We can also share any inspiration you want.
Photo shoot
Your photo session day should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience for you. We won't rush anything, as we want to take the best photos of you while you are relaxed and having fun. Throughout the session, you will be guided on your poses and expressions to ensure the best results.
On the day of your session, we ask that you arrive at our studio with no makeup and dry hair. Our professional HMUA will transform you with makeup and hair styling, which will take up to one and a half hours. We will then go over your outfits and choose what you will wear for the shoot.
The photo shoot itself will take up to two hours, during which you will wear 3-4 different outfits. Don't worry if you've never done boudoir before - we will guide you through each pose, from face to toes, and help you feel at ease.
In fact, you will be surprised at how quickly you get into the shoot and how much fun you will have. After the shoot, we will send you off for about two hours for a lunch break while we cull and retouch your images. Then, we will have a same-day "image viewing and ordering session" where you can select your favorite images.
Image viewing & ordering session
When you come back from your break, your images will be ready for you. During this image viewing and ordering session, you will be able to see your final images for the first time. You will select your favorite images for your products and collection. We guarantee you will be blown away to see your photos!
Product delivery
Your final products will be delivered in 2-4 weeks from the date of ordering. Some products can be rushed with extra fee.
So if you know when you will need your images/ products, it is best to plan your session ahead.
